Guide: ArTchie Core
What it is. The one package every ArTchie kit shares: the Getting Started hub and the conventions. It has no dependencies and does nothing at runtime.
Getting Started window. ArTchie / Getting Started (also ArTchie / Documentation).
- Hero: open the demo scene (when the BedderScript demo is present), Ask ArTchie AI, jump to docs.
- Quick start: four steps.
- One card per installed kit: what it is, its version (read from its
package.json), its docs (click = read in the Inspector, ↗ = open in your editor), and Ask ArTchie-AI — which opens the chat and sends a question tailored to that kit (only whencom.artchie.aiis installed). - Footer: Show on startup and after installs. Off = never auto-opens; the menu still works.
Auto-open rules. Once per editor session; again when the set of installed ArTchie kits
changes (a new kit was imported). Prefs: Artchie.GettingStarted.AutoOpen, .SeenKits.
Adding a kit. Any Assets/ArTchie Studios/<SKU>/com.artchie.* folder with a
Documentation/ folder appears automatically. Known kits get a curated summary; unknown ones
list by package id.
